A practical approach to arts integration. LMT's short movement and music activities require no formal background in music or dance.
Kids move. Kids are at their best when their bodies are in motion. Listen, Move, Think takes movement from “shaking your sillies out” to minds-on, bodies-on, thinking in space.
My Listen Move Think! is your user interface which is customizable and ready for you to personalize for where you are today, tomorrow, and next year.
Select a grade level from the list at the top of the page. Everything you’ll need is right on the page. I built it for you and your kids. If you have questions or suggestions, let me know.
These gross motor music activities can replace your current “shake your sillies out” songs, chants, and videos. Even though these activities are known as brain breaks, their real purpose is body breaks. Kids need to move their bodies. Their brains are fine, but their bodies need to move. Transitions take up a lot of time which could be used more productively or purposefully. LMT can be the thing that moves them from here to there, or math to ELA with focused gross motor and music movement activities.

This approach to creative gross motor movement and music will complement what you currently offer. Infusing the arts doesn’t have to take hours to prepare for and to clean up afterward. Listen, Move, Think allows your children to focus their attention on music and movement for five minutes, several times a day, building necessary aural and physical skills in music and dance.
